Billing and charges

To update your card, see invoices or cancel, sign in to your dashboard and open billing. If you have a question about a charge, email us.

Your card statement shows LINK.COM* PLUGNPORTAL. Link is the Stripe service that sells and collects payment for PlugNPortal subscriptions, and handles sales tax and receipts. You can also get billing help from Link support.

Guests

If you're a guest having trouble with WiFi at a business, or want your information changed or deleted, please contact that business first. It manages its own network and guest information.
